Hi!

I have been practicing yoga for a month now. I follow the Rodney Yee DVD’s. I started with AM/PM yoga for beginners and now I do 20 minutes of his power yoga DVD. The PY is not for beginners, but I am getting better! I started at 10 minutes but now am up to 20. I also do crunches.

I practice M-F for a total of 50 minutes (20 for AM/PM warm ups, 10 for crunches & 20 for power yoga). I rest on S&S.

I have noticed I am more flexible and I have more toned definition in my calves, thighs, bicep and triceps. My issue is mostly my stomach. It is not looking better at all and I am getting so discouraged =(

How much ‘soreness’ is too much after practicing? I always heal in a day or two. :confused:
