Hello
I am Sirisha from Hyderabad, India. Practicing yoga since 3 weeks and i felt lot of difference in my physical and mental health. I have been under shock of been kidnapped 2 months ago and a frnd of mine suggested to do yoga and meditation to increase my health condition and improve self confidence to go out and work again. THANKS TO YOGA it increased my will power and confidence and i am already going to work from last week.
I am here to clear my small and silly doubts in yoga which are troubling me since the day i started yoga.
