High arch feet

Didn’t have much info on high arches but this link came to me from the authors of a book I just purchased. The explain the relationship between extending or flexing the toes vis a vis the effect on the arches. So flattening (extending the toes) strengthens the muscles that decrease the height of the longitudinal arches.
