High Arches

Hello! I met with you last April in Boulder, and have an ongoing issue
I need help with. I have high arches in my feet, which are painful and
which I believe underlie pain in my knees and back; they also have a
tendency to pronate, rather than supinate. What stretching/strengthening,
if any, do you feel would help with this? Thanks!

Frankly Hero pose (Virasana) done with the feet parallel is the best
that I have found. Nothing else really addresses it. I also have this
build, but no pain in mine. But better yet is bodywork - connective tissue
massage technique such as Rolfing or other form of manual manipulation that
is similar. Where are you living? Perhaps I can help you sort through
techniques available in your area to find the best match.
