Hip replacement and physical therapy

I have done yoga for years. I’ve had problems with my left leg for ten years and hip pain for two years. It turns out that my left hip has been destroyed by arthritis. My leg is turned out and jammed up into the socket. There is no hope for normal function or pain relief without a total hip replacement. I’m 52 and fit.
I am having the surgery next month via a reputable physician in a good hospital but they advise walking and an online physical therapy program only. I want the best result. I now do splits and backbends (sorry my terminology is awful) and want as much function for flexibility as possible. I am getting a dual mobility hip which is much less likely to dislocate. I live outside northeast Philadelphia and I am looking for a physical therapist that caters to dancers or yoga students. Does anyone know a resource?
