I’ve never done Yoga in my life and just decided that this is the year I’ll start. When school starts and my daughter goes to nursery school I’ll be doing yoga somewhere close.

I don’t even know were to start with all the styles, right now I’m looking for studios with programs for beginners that start at 9:30am on mod, wed or fridays, everybody seems to start really early and finish by 9am…wow.
I’ll be dropping her off at 9 and have to pick her up at 11:30 so my thing has to be between 9:30-11:00.
Have anything on mind?
