We are a small rural California desert ranch with 2 hot wells that have water temperatures ranging from 115-145 degrees f., 25 gallons per minute…located on a hillside in the Salton Sea area, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Palm Springs.
Quite remote and secluded in a beautiful desert setting the land is presently in a clean-up phaze, with serious intentions of turning the place into an organic fruit orchard and Yoga retreat center.
There is a 3 bedroom house with 2 car garage and several ponds on a spacious parcel of land with lots of palms and native desert plants, electricity and 4 phone lines.
Nicest winter climate in America with temperatures rarely below 45 degrees, pleasant October-May weather…then hot 4 month long summers.
We need a year-round caretaker/s for full-time line-in land stewartship; a mature conscious person/s or couple with pension or income, preferably with handyman skills.
No tobacco, drugs or alcohol. Pay utilities and help clean/fix up the place.
