How can you get Ardha Padmasana gracefully from a standing position?

I am new to Yoga.
I would appreciate it very much if anyone can explain how to gracefully sit down into Ardha Padmasana from a standing position in one movement.
I know how to sit correctly in Ardha Padmasana. It is getting there from a standing up position I am interested in.
I know you can just bend down and sit in it, that is not what I want to know.
I once watched a young lady position her feet a certain way while standing and she just collapsed her entire body in one motion down into a half lotus.
That is what I need to know. Sorry if I am being redundant but I want to make my question clear so no one will waste their time explaining to me how to just sit in Half Lotus. I already know this.
Thank you,
Gary

Here is one way…http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-Aic02ctw8&context=C3869a57ADOEgsToPDskJmSXK8fwz-GIY7E5XeIpJi
Just experiment and find a way that suits you…enjoy.
The video starts with sitting…but continue to watch…we do stand up and go back to sit in half lotus from standing.
Experiment…try…see what works for your body…and try to move with control…just collapsing does not sound a safe way to move.

Thank you very much for taking the time to show me that video.
It is extremely helpful.
