How do deal with Raynaud's Phenomenon?

My doctor recently diagnosed me with Raynaud's Phenomenon disorder. Now that it's getting to summer it's usually not a problem but during the winter it was quite annoying to lose feeling in your toes every time your outside. My doctor said that unless it's causing me pain (It's not) then I should try to live with it as he doesn't like proscribing extraneous pills (And I don't like taking them).

Do you know anyway that I can increase blood flow to these areas through Yoga?

A - I only can suggest what is common knowledge. Moving the arms vigorously increases heart rates and thus circulation to peripheral extremities. My suggestion would be to do regular sun salutations - 15-20 minutes a day as a core routine. This should especially be helpful during winter when circulation diminishes due to increase in kapha and diminish in pitta.
