How to avoid Hand shivering when I get nervous and stress

Hi,
My hands start shiver when I get nervous and stress.
This makes me embrassed in front of people.
So can you please tell me which pranayama i have to do

Thanks

We may fast forward since you have already checked with your medical team to rule out any underlying illness or medical condition yes?

We may also rule out caffein dependency or alcohol withdrawal yes?

We will also assume you have considered anxiety reduction through confidence building efforts such as public speaking more often joining toastmasters or some such yes?

You may find that Nadi sodhana or alternate nostril breathing is an ideal ‘go-to’ pranayama technique for grounding centering and enhancing focus any time you are feeling stressed anxious or fatiqued.

Yogically this effort restores equilibrium between the ida and pingula nadi energy channels and unblocks the flow of prana.
Physiologically this effort restores the equilibrium between two hemespheres of the brain by supplying both hemespheres with rich oxygen to enhance focus and improve concentration.

All pranayama techniques should be practiced under the guidance and direct supervision of a qualified and experienced teacher. Yogic breathing techniques can be fraught with peril yet ironically we yogis are rushed like lemmings towards peril by so many as yogic zealots shout pressure and tout that practice without pranayama is not yoga and so many inexperienced yogis push themselves into somethings they are not ready for. Be wary of these: You must be this to be thus teachers. If you insist on doing it on your own please take it slow. Slow progress is good, fast progress is dangerous " - Sri K. Pattabhi Jois

With time and practice comes confidence and if not if you do something competently enough shaking hands wont matter to those who do.
