All sources and exercises are just for increasing gasteic fire.
Anyone know any kriyas, poses etc to DECREASE gastric fire?
Thanks

Why would you want to do it?
Is this question because you think you’ve stoked your fire too much and upset the acid production balance in your stomach.
Bhastrika you’ve been doing and you think that perhaps practice has caused your hyper acidity?
Couple of things here we need to look at.
Are you familar with your subtle body? For example what do you think the “Fire” is? Where is it?
Did you try the water comming back out of the stomach routine? kunjal kriya i think its called

Thanks for your advice,
I’m was thinking about kunjal and basti, but I feel like this is not the case…
What about subtle body and fire? Do you know when we accumulate too much fire?
Increase fluid intake? (water, etc) I dunno. . . .
I’m asking inside - and I keep getting taps from one of the stomach chakras. at least I “think” it’s the stomach chakra.
On me - the stomach chakra is below the left nipple just a bit - couple inches inches . . . down and to the left a tad - on the rib cage - not under the arm pit and not directly on the front of the cage. It’s in the major curvature of the cage.
Look at an anatomy picture for the stomach . . .
What do the taps mean? I can’t say for sure. . .
Maybe you’ve over excited the manipura chakra system (in particular the functioning of the stomach chakra) with your infernal pumping?
How to fix? I dunno for certain.
You could try increasing water intake to satiate hunger.
You could concentrate on the pit of the throat to satiate hunger.
To fix the problem I would TRY placing and keeping awareness on the stomach chakra for a good while (30 minutes - hour at a time) as much as possible as often as possible until the problem was fixed or “we” came up with a bettter solution. I do however get the “feeling” that keeping awareness on the stomach chakra for time will remedy the situation.
or . . .
It may just work itself out if you stop doing the pumping . . .

Im not sure that you meant by pumping?
Eh maybe it was a while ago but a post on this page you wrote said you was doing the bhastrika.
So for the Bhastrika or “bellows” i put instead of those words I put “pumping”
