How to finish 108 rounds sun salutation

I used to practise yoga 2-3 times per week for 1 hrs duration in california x group. Now for raising fund for the charity i joine dthe yoga aid in Hong Kong Yoga conference on 13/6.

108 rounds of S. S . will be finished within 2 hrs , for my strength I know that’s out of my limit.

Any body please give me suggestion for how to finish that.

It is only in a few days, right? If it’s out of your limit, then just take it easy and do what you can. Nothing bad will happen if you do only what you are capable of doing during the conference. Take much water, eat well, get a lot of sleep, and during the rounds of Surya Namaskara, take rest when needed. The experience will be worth it whether or not you exhaust or injure yourself. You’re going to have fun!

Thanks for you kind adv

I was once in a class doing some exerciese, the instructor said it would go on for 11 minutes on the same, vigorous exercise. Halfway through I did not believe I could finish, no way. Then all of the sudden a shift occured, the exercise was now doing me and all I was doing was breathing. I could have gone much past the 11 minutes in that state. Inside of you if you relase into what you are doing, is much more strength then you may realize. Our greatest limitation is our belief in limitation.

If a mother can pick a car up off a child then that means it is in us. maybe you make it, maybe you dont, just believe that you can and you open yourself to the unlimited possibilities. really it is only one sun salutation, the one you are on
my best to you

I have done this seemingly impossible task during my TTC in kerala , sivananda. I would just like to advice you that the fatigue, restlessness, tiredness & everything else is there in our mind. I think you could complete this & it will certainly make you feel confident.

agree

and i will add , the Yoga Aid is usually broken up into sets of 8 - 12 rounds or so led by different teachers , often including counterposes in between and chanting

not impossible

nothing exists that cant be achieved
