I am seeking some help and guidline for pranayam and meditation.
I am doing work out at gyn since last 3 years ( 8 Pm to 9 PM).
Pranayam since last 6 months but not regular.
i wanted to do pranayam ( BHASTRIKA , ANULOM VILOM PRANAYAM and Kapalbhati ) and meditation regularly at early
I am practicing pranayam by help of baba ramdev video.
Some one told me about psycilogial problem due to meditaion practice if do for more than 10 min, anyways i dont
belive but still dont want keep dobts seeds in mind.
I had joined some pranayam classed but exprianced worsed.
I need guideline in below point:
- how much should round / time at starting pranayam and how much should increase by round / time.
- I am doing meditaion ( BK meditation) just after pranayam is it right ?
- how much mediation practice time should we start with ?
