I have some questions about Kripalu

I have been looking around and I know where all the Yoga schools are in my area but at this point I simply do not have the time to get there, Friday evening woulf be best for me and they all seem to not have classes on Friday evenings. And although I would much rather take a regular class then go to seminars I decided to look to see if there were any seminars I could fit into my schedule. So I was looking at seminars and I am not really all that far form Kripalu (in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts) so I looked there. I saw a couple I liked but do to my family and work responsibilities I cannot go there and stay to night so I would be driving there for the 3 days. Now I?m ok with this and I have sent a few e-mails to Kripalu to see if this would be ok and to ask the times of the seminars I am interested in so I can decide if it is truly doable or not and they have not responded to any of my e-mails (I plan on calling and asking next). But today I got the Kripalu seminar catalog and as I went through it I noticed something, every single seminar is listed with the cost of the seminar and a small blurb to refer to a specific page for room rates.

Now I have no problem with how they run their business or what they require, I would have appreciated a response though.

My questions are

Does anyone have any experience with Kripalu, if so what do you think?

And do they require that you stay there to go to the seminars?

I am also not far from Omega but I don?t know what it is but something there just doesn?t feel right but maybe its just me. Does anyone have any thoughts on Omega (in Rhinebeck, NY)?
