I’ve been trying to learn Yoga at home for some years now, sans success, and have finally been able to afford some real classes over the last month. Yay. My husband has noted that I have become a nicer person since then, I feel better than ever, and have more drive to do things than I have in a long time. Goodbye, depressive disorder! Though I have developed a bit of a problem at work thanks to all this, which will be discussed later. For now, let me say: yay, Yoga!
