I love my new addiction!

I’ve been trying to learn Yoga at home for some years now, sans success, and have finally been able to afford some real classes over the last month. Yay. My husband has noted that I have become a nicer person since then, I feel better than ever, and have more drive to do things than I have in a long time. Goodbye, depressive disorder! Hello, Pigeon Pose! Yeah, I’m absorbed in it now.

Though I have developed a bit of a problem at work thanks to all this, which will be discussed later. For now, let me say: yay, Yoga!

great! how many times per week do you exercise?

My class meets twice weekly, but I try stuff at home every couple of days. I can’t go too long without unrolling my mat. Home stuff is much less intense, and more focused on meditation. The gym doesn’t do much with that.
