i need a hatha youtine or two or 3 watever you can give me ill take so if u could post 15 to 25 minute yoga routines for flexibility that would be great
Read Structural Yoga Therapy there are several routines there for your level of interest and practice. The Joint Freeing Series especially is helpful for flexibility it takes 20 minutes. The isolation series is wonderful for opening the hips and spinal column it takes 15 minutes. The 24 poses of Structural Yoga takes about an hour and so it can be divided into 1/4 practice for 4 days of 15 minutes each.
