Hi,
I want to touch my toes, and then be able to be folded in half, why? why not!
But thing is, I’m streching everyday just before sleep, but I don’t seem to be making any progress.
Usually 15 minutes before bedtime I do this :
While standing totaly still I try to touch my toes, I will then force a little bit until it hurt a little behind my knee for 1 minute.
Then go back to normal for 1 minute and restart this cycle 3 times.
Is this not enough? I just read somewhere that you actually had to hold your position for at least 3 minutes and somewhere else they said 12 minutes xD
Is it true? and if it is, how am I suposed to hold that long, after 1 minute my legs are becoming numb, then after 1min10 it becomes unbearable and I have to stop.
