Hi everyone!! I figured I wouldn’t join this forum until I went to my first yoga class. And I did that last night. It was an amazing experience and now I am looking forward to doing some during the week to unwind. This class I am taking is only 1 day a week for an hour, but I plan on absorbing some of the stuff we do and doing 20-30 minutes a day before i go to sleep.
So nice to meet all of you!!! I cant wait to see what yoga will do for me.
I have hit some pretty rough patches in my life and have recently had some recents bouts of anxiety and depression.I feel my heart rate rise through out the day and I am so tightly wound… And I figure yoga will benefit me more than any medication!! Maybe help me relax, help me breath, just plain help ME.
Yoga is very more-ish isn’t it
