Hello everybody,
I am new around here, but I have some yoga experience. I first studied Iyengar yoga from a student of BKS Iyengar at a local community center. Later, i studied from a teacher at my community college. I have done some at Bikram centers, and besides the prayayama at there at the Bikram schools, all i have realliy done is asanas. I would like someday to do the Pranayama, and some meditation. Currently, i am getting involved in a Zen center to study meditation, and i think Yoga meditation would be good to, but i have no experience there.
Really, all my practice includes is stretching and a few dietary observances and not yoga, but someday that might change. I would like to do so much more with yoga, but time and money prevent me from doing this (I am a poor college student).
