Hi All,
My name is MaryJane and I wonder if you can help me. I need to have surgery on my right wrist next week and was wondering if anyone could give me a list of poses that would give me a total body workout. I currently do sun salutations and a couple of other poses I got from a magazine. I need to get some poses that do not require me to put pressure on my wrists. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as I do not wish to give up practicing yoga if I can help it. Thanks.
