Introduction

Hi, I’ve enjoyed reading through the yoga forum. I’ve been practicing for 2.5 years at some local yoga studios (vinyassa, hatha, ashtanga, anusara, para yoga), and also some home practice. Yoga has helped me with my asthma, health, stress, keeping fit, maintaining perspective and relaxing. I’m interested in sharing thoughts with other members on this forum, especially with learning how to deepen my practice. Recently I went to my first yoga workshop, and enjoyed the “internal” aspects of yoga such as yoga nidra, visualization and prana meditations. I’ve also started reading some books from Bihar Yoga Trust. Anyway, I look forward to mutual sharing with you.
