Is it a good idea to rotate muscle groups?

Hello,

As of right know I am trying to set up a yoga schedule that is the most efficient for strengthening my body, and while I understand that a lot of yoga poses target several muscle groups at once, each pose targets some areas more than others, so I was thinking it would be easier on my body to rotate muscle groups every day so each muscle group gets sufficient time to rest and recover before being targeted again. For example, on leg day I do a lot of standing and balancing poses, on arm day I do a lot of arm balances and prone poses, on back and core day I do a lot of supine poses which require my core resist gravity, then I have a restorative day where all my poses are seated or lying and do not require any resistance, just stretching. Am I on the right track, or do you think I would be better off just doing one really well balanced routine everyday?

As of right now Sorry for the typo.

Muscle groups are worked to exhaustion in the gym, get properly nourished in the kitchen, and then need time to rebuild. If you train the same muscle group over and over again, you're just breaking your body down without giving those muscle fibers time to rebuild.
