Yes Surya, I agree, they are closely connected…My switch is from Christianity to Buddhism and Hinduism. And it wasn’t hard as the basic concepts of Christianity will produce the desired spiritual effects for those practicing sincerely, however, lineage is important as the fruits can be more easily obtained if you know to follow your spiritual lineage, whatever that might be. This is because you have previous experience in previous lifetimes that will leaves traces that are in you now… if you had say 20 lives before as a Sikh and 1000 as a Hindu, the Hindu will dominate and you will relate to it better. This was my experience, in part.
