It was hard to take photos of with a cell camera. It runs almost all the way up my spine and fades away as it goes up. It started as a small 3"x4" patch at the base of my spine about 2 years ago and has been growing ever since. I've had a number of other substantial symptoms that have led me here. Thanks,
Is it itchy?
if not then it could be a pigmentation problem…that is what it looks like on the photo( to me …not a doctor)
I think it would be a good idea to go show it to a dermatologist.
and tell the doctor about all the symptoms… you have not outlined your symptoms so it is not possible to help you further.

The dermatologist thinks its some fungal thing that black people get. However, the medications he’s given me don’t work. It’s not itchy at all and doesnt really bother me, it’s just there. Sometimes it goes away and is barely noticeable, other times its bright and vivid.
As far as my other symptoms… waves of energy running up my body, electric sensations up my neck and in my sides, vivid dreams, astral projection, head pressure, loud ringing sounds in my ear that get louder the more i focus on them, I could go on…
Your last descriptions of the “Symptoms” are typical for the pre-awakening period. The so-called “awakening” starts at the bottom, and then goes up your spine, causing all the sensations along its route you described. But the energy will accumulate at the head level, as it waits to be strong enough to break through the barrier that blocks the front and back channels. As more energy arrives at the head with nowhere to releash, it will create ringing sounds, headache (you may experience feelings like swollen head, and very heavy, large head) anxiety and “hot- headed”. Whenever this happens, relax, focus a little bit at the bottom of your feet and then move back to focus on the area slightly below the navel. All these feelings around your head will last for a while, don’t panic. One day when the energy is strong enough to break through, you will suddenly have the real awakening. All the symptoms should disappear and it’s an unforgettable experience with crystal clear mind. This is the first step of awakening. After this, you can say you make the first step into the meditation world.
After that, you should be able to see “light” , pinkish or white, starts as a circle, flying in or out. That’s the next step. Try to stabilize that (third eye position) and there will be a lot more for you to explore.
Hope your skin problems went away now!
When I was a small child I would see specs of light all around me, like a purple and silver static. It remained with me all my life, and as I took up yoga a couple of years ago the static became more profound and vivid. I now find that if I lay down to bed and focus on it, it consumes me and it almost seems that I could walk from a conscious state directly into a dream retaining my full awareness. It is intriguing, exciting, but yet terrifying at the same time. I feel compelled to explore, but am worried that I may do something wrong, and meet my death.
I should mention that the ringing happens most profoundly when I focus on that static, that energy, that awareness, and that as I end my mental dialogue, that’s where the fun begins!
I have to wonder at this point, what I should be doing, and most certainly what I should not be doing. I have become a bit paranoid, and even if so much as a bird lands on my balcony, I jump!
I have been having horrible burning and itching skin for the last 2 years. About 4 months ago my doctor said it was parasites in my skin, and treated me for it, but they dont understand why I’m still having these horrible reactions. Could this be related? I am so desperate at this point.
Have you made any allergy test?
Any food intolerance?

I’ve had just about every allergy test done, and even though many new foods are causing reactions, there is no evidence of an actual allergy. However, it’s worth noting that my skin condition did cause allergic reactions, and I think it may have come back, so I am going to the dr. today.

Did you make the Imupro300 test?
It was hard to take photos of with a cell camera. It runs almost all the way up my spine and fades away as it goes up.
NO.
This is overheating of Ida and Pingala.
What is your practice?
Kundalini is something that you should keep away from. I had a kundalini awakening spontaneously several years ago after doing some very intensive meditation. At the time I was excited by the heightened awareness I thought it brought, the lucid dreams, the ability to move energy around my body, the heightened intuition. Kundalini has become very popular, it is now practiced in yoga and people everywhere are jumping on the kundalini train and trying to foster what they think is a road to higher consciousness. It is infact, not a road to higher consciousness but an energy that comes from another source, which is not of god.

I don’t know what this is, can you elaborate?

It’s hard to define my practice… it’s just… my life. I practice the proper morals and intentions on a daily basis, practice breathing exercises, various yoga postures, meditation, dreaming practices, etc…

You statement is the first time I’ve heard such a thing. All the things that have come about in my life have been improved behaviors and mindsets. With the exception of my skin problems, which were just diagnosed as a relapse of my earlier health problem.
Can you explain further about your feelings?

A sample of your blood is taken and annalised. They check your imuno-intolerance to almost 300 foods, in a scale of 0 to 4,
It’s expensive, around 500 USD.

That sounds like the ALCAT test, which I did a lot of research on, and it was ultimately deemed unreliable and unproven. It’s an IGG allergy test, which is not supported by the medical community. Only IGE test are deemed accurate at this time, and even they are suspect, per the allergists I’ve spoken with.
Fortunately, I had a diagnosis on my skin condition, and it directly creates allergic reactions, so I suppose there may not be relation between the intensity of this skin condition and my curiosity about kundalini.

Yes, it’s an IGG test… but it’s cutting-edge. It helped me to discover I was allergic to wheat.

Thanks, I will keep it in mind.

Kundalini energy is an earth energy that is not from a higher source. I don’t want to scare anyone on this forum but it is symbolised by the serpant for a good reason (do you know anything about religious imagery? I am assuming you are a non christian). When I started out with Kundalini I was too. It took me down some very frightening roads ending in what would be described in modern western terms as like a ‘psychosis’. Believe me, I’ve explored Hindu mysticism, Buddhism, spiritual healing, clairvoyence, reiki, and even wicca. Eventually I found the only way to peace is to find it through Christ.

Try real awakening of Kundalini with this exercise and may be your problem will disappear:
