Is this space too small?

There is an opportunity to rent space and there is a bathroom, reception area and a 14 x 12 space that could be used for a small yoga class. Is this too small? I am thinking it could fit 8 people…

Too small is very relative to what your needs/expenses are - rent, utilities, taxes, etc. Is this a revenue generating opportunity? If so, how many classes per day x $(?) per class x 8 people x (?) per week x 4 weeks will give you an idea of the monthly revenue.

For example: 5 classes per day x $12 x 8 x 6 days per week = $2,880 per week x 4 weeks = $11,520 per month gross revenue.

I understand the finances behind it - the question was the room size as being 14 x 12… do you feel that this is too small to hold a viable professional looking business or is it worth it to look for something larger? I actually owned a larger studio for 18 years however it was in a retail area and it had a different vibe… this would be much more personal but… 1500 square feet is a heck of a lot less than 168 square feet/14 x12…
Your opinion on the size? ya or meh?

It’s pretty small.
