Jala neti headache

Hi,

I have try jal neti kriya, 2 day i confortable, but next day i don’t know what happen, it’s water is too hot or, too much salt or too much baking soda. I have pain in sinus and for head.

Any one know, what can I do now ? i have headech with sinus pain, So i will continue practice and what ?

My recommendation is to see a doctor

i recommend assessment by a physician, and would stop the neti pot practice.
