Jfs 10 & 12

Q - I have a question regarding JFS #'s 10, 12. I find that if I place
my arms wider apart in front, I can straighten my elbows more (without
locking), stabilize and adduct the scapulae on my back and get more out of radial and ulnar deviation and elbow flexion in terms of alignment of the bones and strengthening the pertinent muscles.

A - That sounds good. You are adapting for yourself.
