Jogging with yoga

Can u guys help me in choosing between

Jogging before yoga or
Jogging after yoga??

Which one is most advisable??:confused:

actually, old yoga books do not advise on it… they says that time should laps between yoga and vigorous activity, or breathing exercises, or meal taking , or bathing, etc…

again depends what do you mean by yoga. if this is just few stretches and sun salute … you may chose it as a warm up before running.

stretching is not recommended by doctors and pro runners right after the run… they advise to stretch the next day

I am going for a yoga class so i think its just not few stretches its a full fledged yoga and its 1.5kms away from my place… I usually go in my car. I am just thinking of jogging or walking all the way… so if its not jogging can i walk? or should i avoid both jogging or walking?
