All these factors come into play when you're trying to settle into a yoga pose.
I've noticed more teachers lately, who are doing adjustments in class, trying to 'help' people into poses. This is fine. But if you encounter a teacher who is traying to put you into a pose to make you look like the rest of the yogis in class, its best to know your limits.
