I would like to jump forward by throwing my hips high in the air like more advanced yogis do. How do you develop this skill and get over the fear of falling forward over your hands?
practice … practice and practice.
Practice bunny hops, after a while assisted bunny hops.
yes, then hop the bunnie and progress right to hops (stenghthen the arms and upper body first)
