Has anyone got any tips on how to practice jumping the feet through the hands when in downward dog to end up in a sitting position? It always looks so easy, but always find it so hard.
Thanks!

it has a lot o do with balance, core and few other things. practice makes it perfect:)
It depends if it?s a strength, low back/hamstring tightness or confidence issue. A training tip: Use yoga blocks under each hand, it will help elevate your feet so they don?t drag on the jump through. Once your body and mind develop the feel you?ll have a better idea as to what you?re attempting when the blocks come away. If it?s a strength issue; from simple staff pose again place blocks under the hands engage your bandhas press through the palms lift your sit bones off the floor pike your legs in front of you and start to reverse the pose slowly, each week getting further back.
