Hi guys,
I am new to yoga but I would like to make it a part of my daily schedule.
I meditate daily and get great results from this but I would like to do add a physical meditation session and yoga seems perfect.
Any tips for a total novice would be fantastic. Beginner postures etc?
I will be practicing from home so any tips on mats and other needed equipment would also be great.
Is is realistic to think I can do 20 minutes per day or do you suggest more time?
