Hello. I am looking into various 200-hr teacher training programs in Rishikesh. I am drawn to Kaivyala Yoga and the small class size, but cannot find too much about it outside of its own site. Has anyone practiced here or have any insight to share? I’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you.

I don’t have experience with Kavailya in Rishikesh, but I just finished a 200-hour YTTC with Avatar Yoga School in Rishikesh, and I had a really positive experience there. The class was just 7 students and the instructors were knowledgable, warm and caring. I enjoyed the intimate and friendly atmosphere of the school and the venue.
