Kapalabhati goes automatic , please need advice

Sorry for my bad english…

I have a question

When i do kapalabhati, (pranayam exercise) me belly contracts after the first push automatic, like a reflex. Everything after that goes automatic! , normally i have to contract mij belly myself.
Now its like somebody else doin it for me , and its going faster and faster. (i can stop it ) its very strange

When i do other motion things ,like walking , chewing food, brush my teeth i also experience that al the motions are going almost automatic. Its just as if my reflexes are doin al the work for me

I have this strange phenoma since 2 days

Does anybody else expirinced something like this? Does anybody knows what this is?
Is it dangerous ?

have never seen this before in my entire life…sounds strange…something like a diaphragmatic spasms maybe…

can you describe in detail how you do it? do you follow instructions in the book, video or teacher?

what other things you do before? (asana, meditation, other pranayam,etc)

any yoga practise has to be careful and caution pranayama especially.

only if you practise enough asanas you can start doing even simple pranayamas. i don’t think kapalabhati is a simple one.

get a guru or read books from iyengar or swami satyananda sarawathi.

Today everything is more relaxed.

the exercises that i whas doing are, kegel contractions (pelvic floor lifting) in combination with kapalabhati. After a while everything goes automatic in a reflex.

I do this exercise for about 20 minutues a day in the morning and 10 in the evening . after 2 weeks i notice that when i am laughing my belly whantodo kapalabhati. Its not that i lose control or whatever, it just repeapts it self automatic. like a loop

I think the pelvic floor is the key to do automatic kapalabhati. Today i do kapalabhati and there is none kapalabhati . But when i do first kegel exercise, then things happen by itself.

I dont do yoga, i have a spirtual teacher. I see him over 2 weeks then i ask him what this is.,

together with kegel you do what is called in in yoga aswani mudra or/and mulabandha … which i’ve never seen done together with kabalabhati.

why have you decided to do so?

i like to combine differint exersises , to save time and to experiment
