In this video I talk about Karma Yoga.
It is a process of liberation through action. The idea is if we merge into the act of doing without expectations, then we are free from the ego’s eternal pull of our lives.
By joyfully involving ourselves fully in any activity, especially one that has nothing to do with ourselves, we can destroy the polarity between our likes and dislikes.
Then we will be aligned with doing actions that are needed, whether in our life or for the benefits of others.
