Kashmir Yoga Beginner

Hi there,

I have taken a few Kashmir yoga classes over the summer, however now I’m back at college I feel that fitting in classes around college and my job is too much for me, but I am keen to try and fit in at least some yoga each day as I found it really helped me, physically and mentally (I have on-going problems with anxiety, which may be why I prefer the more relaxed style of Kashmir yoga)
My question is are there any good resources, either CD’s, DVD’s or books specifically on Kashmir yoga? I have searched the internet every way I can think of and have come up with pretty much nothing! I know the basic asanas and what they should feel like, it’s more constructing suitable routines I need the help with.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?
