Hello, I am a new member !
My studies have been primarily Vinyasa yoga from Sadie Nardini, focusing on Core Vinyasa. I also enjoy watching Tara Stiles on youtube.com. I am looking into expanding my knowledge of yoga by practicing more poses that help my balance, and by practicing inversions. More on my practice: I am looking into a yoga certification course for the 200-hr. In order to complete this course I am practicing daily. My other recent interest is in Qi Gong, or the study of Chi.
