Kawa Chalasana: Which of these two video is correct?

Does anyone know at least if they are both legitimate ways for performing the asana? Are they both correct variations or is one of them wrong?

1 is standing still and 1 is walking i guess they are different in which muscles are activated.

You try them and see if it feels good if it does then it is good for you.

What is good for someone is not good for the other. If you feel its not good for your joints then dont do it thats rule number 1. IF you feel its good for you then do it.

I tried it quick, standing still but i dont think it feels good for me. So i wont be doing it.

Asanas is to prepare for meditation and i dont see how this could help me in my meditation posture but then im flexible already so maybe thats why i dont feel its good for me.
