Kegel exercise for vata? + body heat

(sry for my eng)

  1. Are Kegels exrcises suitable for vata ( maybe vata-pitta ) people?
Kegels strengthen pelvis/vata area, but i dont know if it is good for vata,
cause it s usualy said that vata p. have strain in this area.
Is it best to start with release this area ( but i have weak this area so
i dont think that extra release is good for me )? Sometimes i feel strain
only in lower back, sacrum, sciatica but big weakness in pelvis area, groins
    and so on.

  2. How to strengthen pelvis area, lower ABS/belly, coxae, lower back in a safe
way? I dont know any safe exercise/asana for strengthen lower ABS/back
and butt, cause of i have most probably shortened antagonists.
I have some programs from books/internet, but something is missing ( not
complete ), cause i dont feel good progression in my pelvis area.

  3. My next problem is internal body heat. When i m at computer fot long time
or learning ( i m preparing for state examine ) i feel very hot in my head
and chest, but sometimes little or big cold in hands and legs/feet.
Is there any asana, bandha, kryia any process which cool down
    head/chest and warm hands/legs.

I dont know if i m vata or vata/pitta…but i suffer from insomnia:(, hair
loss, my body is slim ( vata? ), heat (pitta? )

If sb answer me i would be very glad. Maybe net-links connected to problem is good, it s not neccessary to write long stories if u know net-links

Thank you very much

Namaste,

An appointment with a qualified Ayurveda Practictioner would be most
recommended for you.
Once you know your type (Vata/Pita/kapha), your next step is to start
adjusting your lifestyle, diet, exercise and meditation accordingly.

Namaskar

This exercise is actually called ashwini mudra in hathyog. It balances all the three doshas
, that is vata, pitta and kapha. This is personal experience.

Standing with feet at right angles, toes pointing out- is an easy contraction. Child’s pose is an even better contraction with chest on knees and chin not touching the knees. Differentiate between the anal canal ( aswini mudra ) and the perineum ( mula bandha ) and then do them together also. An intense exercise for this is with a wood block, 4x4, squeezed between the crotchwith your back to a wall, about 3" away, roll the pelvis forward, subtly raise the front hip bones up towards the navel, raise your arms overhead and stand on the tip toes while squeezing the block. Very Nice. This is one of the most helpful things I’ve ever done. Namaste
