I would like to give you remedies for these problems but unfortunately I don’t have a long experience in Yoga. In Bulgaria there aren?t a lot of yoga books and centers and I have to look for almost everything in the Internet or ask my teacher in philosophy. As you told me last year, your legs were crooked and they became straight with yoga exercises. I would ask you to recommend me some of these exercises. Thanks a lot!
the exercises i did for my knock-knees was prolonged Virabhadrasana II and countered with trikonasana. The details of my transformation are given in my book Structural Yoga Therapy. It outlines what muscles need to stretched and strengthened for all postural conditions then also names poses to work in. The key is to feel the specific muscles in the poses not the poses themselves. Blessings on your sadhana. Mukunda
