Namaskar KP, although my Indian friends tell me only older people say namaskar these days. Is this true? I was in Chennai last November and enjoyed it very much–it is a lovely city. I was studying at KYM for a short time and then my husband and I took a bus to Pondicherry for a few weeks. Have you practiced yoga at KYM yourself?
