Lenox, MA - Kripalu Yoga Center - July 3 - 6, 2003: Structural Yoga Training at Kripalu Yoga Center, during 4th of July holiday weekend. This will be a repeat of the program offered in January during Martin Luther King holiday. The focus is upon the experience of Asana anatomy and kinesiology from Mukunda’’’'s book, Structural Yoga Therapy based on Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The course can be used as credit of 16 hrs. toward certification in Structural Yoga Therapy. Cost is $255 plus room and board (ranging from $174 for dormitory space to $561 for private room and bath). .

Lenox, MA - Kripalu Center - July 6 - 11, 2003: Structural Yoga Therapy Training will continue from the previous introductory courses offered at Kripalu. This training will focus on Yoga Therapy for developing insight into the uniqueness of each student’’’‘s structural body. We’’’‘ve all had injuries or postural imbalances and need adaptations to develop muscular strength or flexibility. In addition, Mukunda takes into consideration one’‘s Ayurvedic constitution and spiritual motivation. Together, these factors determine where you need to focus and what style of practice is most beneficial for accessing the wisdom of your True Self. This individualized approach supports each student’‘s evolution through the 8 stages of Patanjali’'s classic text, the Yoga Sutras as rendered by Mukunda, published by Weiser. The course can be used as credit of 34 hrs. toward certification in Structural Yoga Therapy.
