Kriya yoga by Lahiri Mahasaya

Kriya Yoga is a Science of Body, Mind and Spirit. By the practice of Kriya yoga techniques, human system is energized and magnetized in a very short time. All the inner organs like liver, pancreas, spleen, thyroid, pituitary, pineal gland etc. are stimulated and secret sufficient enzymes and hormones which keep the body healthy and fit.

By proper practice with stimulating one organ, gland etc., other organ gets stimulated and so on?with Kriya yoga practice we vitalize cells, organs and consequently our health rises. It is important to add Kriya yoga in one?s daily practice.

I am practising Kriya yoga and in a very short time I have already noticed the changes in me. If you learn Kriya yoga techniques from authentic Kriya yoga master, then results must come in a very short time.
