Kriya Yoga Swami Satyeswarannanda Giri?

Has anyone here had any personal meeting or relationship with him? He is a very interesting character. As a former SRF Kriyaban I find his writtings concerning Paramahansa Yogananda both sobering and revealing.

Warning his books strip the fantasy right off of the stories of Autobiography of a Yogi by P.Y. I suspect the truth lies somewhere inbetween the two extremes.

So that being said I would be interested in reading anything others whom have met this person may have to say.

Is he for real or just selling a book deal?

Real

I am currently reading his book Kriya the True Path and the more I read the more astounded I am of this person.

In fact I have not been able to put this book down today.

If you are not comfortable with forum talk please do private message me. Thank you.

I just realized I spelled the name of the person incorrectly in the title can someone please edit it to read as follows thank you.

No exposure or study of this individual but a website connected to this name seems to be echoing that which sages have articulated through a long lineage of the Advita Vedanta, simply an individually pointing a finger to the moon with preference of their mind, perhaps resonating other minds when the predisposition exist, if one listens carefully the same thing is parroted in many ways especially the fact that you shouldn’t take anyone’s word for IT, eventually experience IT directly, you are the source.

Kriya Yoga Swami Satyeswarananda Giri seems to be of the Advita Vedanta (non-dualism) philosophy, after finishing his read perhaps also read the free online downloadable .pdf; ?I AM THAT Dialogues of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj? who also comes from the Advita Vedanta lineage, compare and pounder.

I will ponder. not pounder  gotta love spell check. When first reading his book you think wow what a pompous ass. Then as one reads more one gets the impression of oh boy this guy did witness allot.

Well I guess this is a dead topic must just be a book deal and not 4 real.

Perhaps no one has sought kriya yoga initiation from this person . Therefore they can not say whether or not the kriya taught by this individual /swami dude is beneficial or not. Why not try contacting Swami S. either via email his website or by calling the number listed. If the dude does not reply or converse with you he probably is just in the book publishing and selling business.

No reply if he is that out of touch it is on purpose. I will not disturb his solitude by calling. Let someone else. In his writing he states Babaji put a mission on him and he asked why do you bother this body with this.

Seems like he was reluctant to interact with others anyway. Oh well like I said book deal or for real? The only one answering is a person using two names on this forum so there you have it! Anyone else? Yeah I didn’t think so.
