Kumbhaka - kundalini - Intelligence?

Hi Friends… I know about yoga & pranayam and practicing it regularly… My aim is to become more intelligent. So, I practice a following breathing practice to stimulate my brain’s potential to the fullest and awakening the kundalini.

First, I do some normal deep breathing for 2 minutes… then immediately after inhaling… I hold my breath(breathing retention(kumbhaka)) for 2 minutes easily without straining myself… this is a round one.

Like this… I do 24 rounds(one round equals 2 mins of kumbhaka & 2 mins of normal deep breathing) in two hours in a day daily…

Will my kundalini get awaken by this practice?
Will I become more Intelligent by this brain stimulating practice?
If yes… how long I need to this practice in day and how many months it will take?

Pls advice.

Woow that’s amazing 2 minutes easily without straining yourself. How mane heartbeats is that in total ?

It reminds me of one ninjitsu kuji kiri exercise. I was doing 120 heartbeats max…i was afraid i may pass out or something.
