Hello, I didn’t know if I should post this here or in "Spirit’s Path…"
I recently became very interested in Kundalini Yoga and the balancing of the energy centers with one another. All my life I have suffered from serious issues such as low self esteem, high anxiety/paranoia and difficulty in social situations. I have been practicing meditation for a number of months at this point and it’s been difficult to keep up with to say the least. Now what I have come to realize, through my research of Kundalini Yoga, is that to some extent, it seems like every single one of my chakras is significantly blocked in some way or another. My question is essentially, where do I start in this case? A couple weeks ago I began practicing the kriyas more regularly, in particular the kriyas which aid in the development of two chakras, the third and fifth, because these are, to some extent, the chakras that I feel are the most blocked off of all them. I was doing two kriyas per day, but now I am realizing that this might be too much for me to handle, and that it may be beneficial for me to instead focus on one instead of two for an extended period of time. What do you guys think? Is there some practice I can follow that aids in the unblocking of every chakra at once, albeit with a less focused energy than the kriyas?
How do you know that your chakras are blocked?

Nothing (benefits beyond physical body) happens in short period in Yoga.

my chakras is significantly blocked
Your pervious habits of negative and low thinking are triggering you to think chakras are blocked. Instead I would say these are mental blocks that should be removed first. I am not saying Chakras are not blocked (by default they are blocked) but I am trying to say that more practice for few years may help in understanding of yoga in better way.
