Kyphosis, TFL, QL etc

Hi,

Taking pictures of my profile, anterior and posterior, it was noticed that the right iliac crest is slightly higher than the left and that the left scapula is slightly higher than the right. There is also a slight anterior pelvic tilt.

While stretching it was noticed that that the left QL is basically frozen. The only time a stretch is felt in the QL is during trikonasana and it is doubtful that the line from the waist to the armpit is flat (haven’t asked anyone to check it out). No other QL stretch found on google or elsewhere does anything and the QL feels dead. During these stretches hypermobility occurs in the upper body to compensate for the QL’s lack of mobility.

Also there has been some knee-pain that is assumed to be caused by a tight left TFL. It is also assumed at this point that the right glute is tighter than the left and that the left erector spinae is overactive.

Knock-knees or also present.

I realize that you are not a miracle worker and that this is a lot of crap to post about but I can not currently afford to see a structural therapist or a rolfer and this awareness (which is currently quite limited) is the only tool there is to re-align a body that is in signifigant pain.

Any pointing in the right direction would be appreciated.

P.S.

There is no true leg length discrepency. They were measured.

Maybe it would be better to just send you the profile/anterior/posterior pics of my body. If you are interested I will email them to you.
