Ladies - MulaBandha?

Ladies I would love your help with me and mulabandha.
It is just a pelvic floor exercise? Is there some other ‘movement’ I’m meant to be feeling with this lock?
I just feel that I’m not getting it as my teacher mentions how it engages muscles etc to help with your core stretch in poses, especially with Warrior.

I find that Pilates helps with figuring out which kind of muscles are down there and how to activate them.

Perhaps you could try practicing a variety of poses in front of a mirror and engage the mulabandha and see if your posture changes physically.

We do a similar exercise with our students when teaching about the bandhas :slight_smile:
