Lambika Yoga - Kechari Medra

HI All My wishes to all,

Could any one please give details on where can lambika yoga ( kechari Mudra) be learned and what are the conditions to learn that. If any one knows please give the details of the master and address or phone number.

Thanks n regards,

Nature

Do you practice yoga and for how long? Do you have a teacher? Have you gone through a process of inner and outer purification yet? These are all questions which are relevant because Kechari Mudra is not something that should be practice by a novice or on your own without the guidance of a teacher or advanced yogi at least.

I haven’t the slightest idea and would not advise seeking a teacher based on such a thing.

yes, I do practice kundalini yoga for years and i am curious to learn and practice this lambika yoga. Please any one if you have any experience on this help me.

Then why not ask this from your teacher? He/she will be the best person to help you with this, not strangers on a Forum my friend. Curiousity is not enough motivation and also the wrong one for persuing Kechari Mudra.

but he attained samadhi before several months. That is why I am to reach to a guru, i hope anyone from this forum will lead me to a guru who teaches lambika yoga.

Hello Nature,

This counsel is from my teacher, Mukunda Stiles, for whom this forum was original created for in an effort to connect with his students and others who are interested in his work. You maybe in interested in using the search function on this site to find the existing posts on Kechari Mudra and other practices of Ayurveda and Yoga that are of interest to you.

I’m reminded of the man anxious to climb a ladder. He quickly placed it against a wall and scampered to the top. As he celebrated his rapid ascent he was dismayed to discover that he’d placed his ladder against the wrong wall and was at the top of nothing at all.

it is important to know that kecharie is a part of kriya yoga and you have to learn it by using talabya kriya - that mean you lenghten the tongue and are able to insert it in the cavity of naso pharygs - it is not necessary to cut the frenulum under your tongue - for direkt guidance please read the internet book from ennio nimis kriya yoga net book - or google ennio nimis . he shows also in small movies how to do. by myself i needed half a year to perform it succesfully also without any guru:-)
