Little help here!

I’m not new to yoga, but usually follow a pre recorded, pre designated class. I am currently recovering from a herniated disk, lumbo_sacral, complicated by some arthritis. I am getting decompression therapy and have asked about doing some Yoga poses. My doc does not want me to do backbends or twists, at least for now. Anyone know of any routines I may be able to access?

It depends on your current condition and posture may vary person to person. L5-S1 issue with arthritis means you have to be extra careful…

I have recovered completely from the same and doing all posture including advance postures like head and hand stands.

your daily practice should also include traction postures that help you decompress as warm up before doing actual postures.

I don’t see any issue with twist but still proper assessment is essential.
